Fardeen Khan, the son of Feroz Khan, had maintained a steady box-office for the last 10 years. He started his career, in his father’s film Prem Aggan, but caught the attention in the film Jungle. The film was based on Sandalwood smuggling in the forests of Karnataka. He performed his part well in the film.
After acting in films like Om Jai Jagadish and Khushi, he played a negative role in Ram Gopal Verma’s film Bhoot. The film was based on the murder of a lady who entered the soul of a living person to let the people know about the truth. Fardeen Khan was the murderer and there was no evidence to prove that he had committed the crime. Revenge was taken by Urmila Matondkar, the leading actress in the film which disclosed the mystery relating to the murder.
After acting in a number of serious films Fardeen Khan played a cameo in the film No Entry. No Entry was a comedy film where Salman Khan paid money to Bipasha Basu to destroy the loyalty of Anil Kapoor towards his wife Lara Dutta. Lara Duta had the habit of suspecting Anil Kapoor with the respect to extra-marital affairs. Anil Kapoor involved Fardeen Khan, a reporter in his Newspaper Agency with Bipasha Basu. He told Lara Dutta that she was his wife.
Fardeen Khan got married with Celina Jaitley, but the lies one after the other led to divorce of both Anil Kapoor and Fardeen Khan with their wives. Salman Khan had to come back from abroad to create a new drama to save his two friends. All the performers including Esha Deol did well in the film and it ended as one of the most successful films released in 2005.
He also acted in the film Shaadi No. 1, where three friends having wives faced trouble, after Sanjay Dutt told their wives about their attachment with other women, thereby destroying the peace in their family. He had also acted in films like Pyare Mohan, Heyy Babyy, etc., and showed his diverse acting skills in these films.The viewers expect him to continue his good work in the years to come.
